Microsoft’s flagship Lumia 930 smartphone now available in South Africa

Unveiled at Microsoft’s Build 2014 conference earlier this year, the new high-end Lumia 930 is now available in South Africa. Nestled within an elegant aluminium frame , polycarbonate back and sculpted glass, the Lumia 930 features a 20-megapixel PureView camera with ZEISS optics and optical image stabilisation (OIS) to give you a flawless video and imaging experience.

 

Powered by a 2.2 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 800 quad-core processor, the Lumia 930 captures and plays back high-quality audio in Dolby Surround Sound. The 5-inch Gorilla Glass 3, full HD OLED screen is easy to view indoors or out.

 

The Lumia 930 contains a 2,420 mAh battery that will last more than a day, even while shooting with Nokia Camera, now with Living Images feature. The device also comes with built-in wireless charging, that can be used with Microsoft’s wide range of wireless charging accessories.

 

The Lumia 930 is available in South Africa, in black and white, on contracts starting at R399 per month.
