Durban Turn Up Yangempela

Before we left for Durban on the morning of the 3rd of July 2015, we had a long and thought out chat about how we wanted to share a seamless yet, cool way of telling a story about this mammoth itinerary we had to undertake. Considering that we a few hours of sleep between gigs and feeding ourselves plus we are also feigns for a good time.

We know through a few studies and research that audio visuals are fast becoming the way to go and we didn’t hesitate so we decided to make this short After-Movie as a test of things to come in the near future. We attended the Stay Fresh Fridays event at Moses Mabhida on the Friday, woke up and hit the Greyville race course, not so much for the horses but, the Jack Daniel’s Boomtown. On Sunday we packed our skateboards and drove to Umhlanga Rocks at Chris Saunders Park for a scintillating edition of Pop Bottles DBN. And we closed the filming process much later at the Moses Mabhida people’s park for Good Sundae needless to say it was Sunday afternoon. Please enjoy the accompanying visuals attached below.
