Avon South Africa intends to set about breaking the world record for the most amount of people applying lipstick at the exact same time! This record breaking attempt forms a part of Avon’s new #AvonDareToBe Campaign 10 brochure which went live on 1 September 2014.

Avon, as the company for women is striving for a campaign which will allow every woman to fall back in love with trying make up and be more daring with the experience based on the idea that women love the idea experimenting with new looks, however they are often scared of getting it wrong – so they use safe colours.

Guests can enjoy an experience of a lifetime while being treated to a delectable brunch, drinks and a stunning Avon goodie bag while enjoying a great live performance by Mi Casa.

To accomplish this bold and daring stunt, Avon South Africa will host an exclusive event at an alluring location in Johannesburg. A few other companies having attempted this record, with Ésika hosting 1,002 people who applied lipstick simultaneously in an event in Centro Comercial Tamanaco, Caracas, Venezuela on 19 August 2012.
