SXSW V2V KICKS OFF 2015 SEASON WITH NEW DATES, VENUE AND CONFIRMED SPEAKERS

The SXSW V2V 2015 season officially launched today with new dates, a new venue and a host of confirmed sessions. Returning to Las Vegas for the third year, SXSW V2V will take place July 19-22 at Bellagio Las Vegas. Conference registrations, PanelPicker proposals and V2Venture applications are now being accepted.

SXSW V2V will include four days of informative sessions, inspirational speakers, great networking opportunities, a pitch competition, hands-on workshops and mentoring sessions. Sessions range in topic from scaling, crowdfunding, UX strategy, IP and growth hacking to name a few.

SXSW V2V PanelPicker: Those interested in speaking at SXSW V2V are encouraged to enter their idea via the community-sourced PanelPicker interface. The two-step online process allows the SXSW V2V community to have a significant voice in programming presentations, panels, discussions and workshops. Step one encourages the community to enter proposals for daytime programming. Step two empowers the community to browse all of these ideas and vote for what they think are the best fit for the July event. The entry period is open through Friday, December 12, 2014. SXSW V2Venture: Entrepreneurs and innovators interested in showcasing their product, service or company can apply to participate in SXSW V2V’s innovative startup competition, V2Venture now through May 1, 2015. Five finalists in each of the five entry categories will have a chance to polish their pitches with seasoned live coaches and mentors before taking the stage to present in front of a panel of esteemed judges and a live audience. Entry categories for 2015 include: Enterprise and Smart Data Technologies, Entertainment and Content Technologies, Health and Wearable Technologies, Social Technologies and Innovative World Technologies.
