Sony Mobile South Africa Always Failing Customers
SONY MOBILE SOUTH AFRICA IS STILL FAILING CUSTOMERS AS PER USUAL READ BELOW!!!!!!
So basically Sony Mobile doesn’t give a flying crap about their customers as said by their head manager! The head manager had recently called me and put on an audio performance claiming that she doesn’t care about the brand and what happens!
she had also said some very interesting things which are quoted below:
“Customers or a silly post on a blog with however many views don’t matter to me”!
“Why don’t you shut-up and let me talk”
“Who cares about the Sony Brand,I don’t because people don’t really matter to me”
“I don’t care about these little people your trying to get involved,ruin the Sony Brand see I if care”
These are quotes she had said when speaking to me!
So after trying to get their attention on their twitter page they had replied after a day by saying “We have received all of your correspondence regarding your frustrations with the Sony Mobile brand and products.
Your grievances have been taken under advisement and you can expect an official Sony Mobile response in the coming days.”
So today out of the blue their courier services returns my phone after I had sent ‘Ronelle Hendriks and Jo Scott” an email telling them not to send my phone until I hear from Sony again!
So when the courier guy arrived he took my phone out of his pocket (bear in mind when he fetched it the first time he also put it in his pocket) handed it to me and left.
I had walk into the house and seen that the screen had another crack!
From the original crack (left to right) there was another crack expanding from the original!
The phone was dead so I had put it on charge,when the phone came on there was no signal!
I had opened the flap where you insert the sim and the sim was missing along with the tray!
So Sony once again has failed the consumers and I will be taking this further to S.A Consumer Court along with their PR company Craving Novity which is one of the most pathetic PR agencies ever!
So after trying to contact sony for the whole day the finally reply and tell me “Why would you send your device in for repairs with the SIM card? That is not standard practice. What is wrong with you”
And that’s the reply you get from Sony Mobile when trying to work out an issue!
This will be taken further!
