“Back to kasi” is what we themed this shoot. As soon as the boxes from Puma arrived from Cape Town, we knew we wanted to take a different spin to the normal fashion shoots, with lights make-up, crew etc…
We wanted this shoot to reflect the simplicity of everyday hood life. We chose locations based on where we hang out and where we are most comfortable. The shoot took place in Gomora, Alexandra. We featured one of our best friends “Bob The Pit” to bring in the grime that is evident in the hood’s electric vibe.
This is not your ordinary fashion shoot, but it’s definitely a reflection of the people that aspire to rock Puma garments and those that already don the cool gear.
