Dubbed as one of South Africa’s most sought-after event
experiences, Castle Lite Unlocks took things up one more notch this year by announcing not
one but two Hip-Hop sensations Bryson Tiller and Travis Scott as the main acts for this year’s
experiences. Tiller and Scott will perform at the Castle Lite Unlocks Concerts on the 15th and
16th of June in Johannesburg and Polokwane, South Africa. This will be the very first time the
Unlocks concert expands beyond Gauteng, traveling north to Polokwane over the long holiday
weekend in June.
In partnership with Channel O, 947 and Capricorn FM, the announcement was an epic Extra
Cold event held at Cubana in Polokwane with Capricorn FM’s DJ Complexion as the MC. The
reveal lived up to its high expectations, treating guests to an exclusive shindig in true Castle
Lite fashion with a LIVE screening hosted by DJ Speedsta on Channel O’s “Turn UP”.

visionaries to South Africa for the first time. We are hard at work to ensure that this year’s
concerts will unlock bigger, better & colder performances than ever before seen in the country,
working in collaboration with both our international acts and the yet to be announced local

Castle Lite has been at the fore-front of progressively bringing award-winning international
Hip-Hop artists to our shores since 2010, including past performances by Drake, Kanye West,
Nas, Timbaland and most recently J Cole. Castle Lite Unlocks Concerts have always been
extraordinary Extra Cold experiences, unlocking sheer thrills and it will be no different this
time around with an epic international double-impact production.
Tickets will go on sale at TicketPro from the 27th of March – R490 for golden circle and R250
for general access in Johannesburg and R390 golden circle and R190 general access in
Polokwane. In addition, event tickets and other Extra Cold prizes can be won by entering the
on-pack promotion on Castle Lite packs between April 1 and June 30 2017.
