Design Indaba Conference will, for the first time in ten years, move to a theatrical stage to dramatize the creative ideas of the world’s leading change makers. Since 1995, Design Indaba has been on a mission to re-imagine Africa and inspire a whole new generation of reformers, thinkers, dreamers and do’ers with firsthand accounts from the best creative exponents in the world. All six continents are represented, across the gamut of disciplines from digital to urban planning, and art direction to fashion – with a cast ranging from twenty-somethings to octogenarians, because we are an equal opportunity celebrant of creativity and innovation of every stripe.
The next iteration will take place at the Artscape Theatre from 17-19 February 2016 and will be simultaneously broadcast to venues in Cape Town, Johannesburg, Durban, Port Elizabeth & Potchefstroom.
