WIN A TRIP TO SONAR FESTIVAL IN BARCELONA WITH SEED EXPERIENCES AND SONAR CAPE TOWN
In celebration of the upcoming Sonar Festival in Barcelona, now only six weeks away, Seed Experiences has launched the ultimate Sonar fan experience competition: the chance to win an exclusive trip for you and a partner to the festival on 12, 13 and 14 June.
As one of the most internationally recognised music festival brands, Sonar hosts world-renowned musicians and artists over the three-day event, which delivers experimentations with music’s newest trends, presenting fused collaborations between established artists and emerging talent.
Attended by thousands from all over the world for the last 20 years, the two South African winners will experience the 21st annual Sonar Festival first hand.
This year’s line-up includes artists like Massive Attack, Rudimental Boys Noize, Lykke Li and South Africa’s own Spoek Mathambo and Sibot amongst other global, trending industry names.

Entries close on 22 May 2014 at 10h00 GMT, and the winner will be contacted by 23 May
To enter, you will need to prove you are worthy of winning this incredible prize by answering five Sonar-related questions correctly via the competition app hosted on the Sonar Cape Town Facebook page. You can enter multiple times to ensure you get all your answers right.
The prize includes return flights from Joburg or Cape Town to Barcelona, four nights’ accommodation, breakfast and two full passes to Sonar Barcelona.
Additional bonus prizes of tickets to Sonar Cape Town can also be won via Twitter when you share the competition entry link and use the hashtag #sonar2014.
Seed Experiences is the award-winning agency that will bring Sonar to Cape Town on 16 December 2014 at the city’s iconic Good Hope Centre. The lineup for the local festival is still to be announced.
The aim of this competition is to showcase the Sonar brand and the incredible music culture it represents, to highlight the upcoming Sonar Cape Town, which will mirror the Sonar Festival journey and experience and to give two fans a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Last year the Seed Experiences team travelled to Barcelona to attend Sonar and gain insight into the event’s roll-out. In order to ensure that the tour stays true to the essence of the Sonar brand, as an experiential marketing and events agency, Seed Experiences want to give two lucky winners the same experience.
In addition to Cape Town, the other cities included in Sonar’s 2014 global tour are Stockholm and Reykjavik (which took place this past February) and Barcelona.
