Sugar, spice and all things nice: Don’t miss out on the SA Sweet and Snack Expo this April
For the sweetest treats that melt in the mouth and make the soul smile, the SA Sweet and Snack Expo aim to showcase the largest collection of delicious brands and concepts ever seen under one roof in South Africa for trade and consumer alike. From the 11th to the 13th of April, the COCA COLA DOME will be transformed into a wonderland of Sweets & Snack delights, which, conveniently, is just in time for some quick and easy Easter shopping.
Sweet and confectionery lovers of baking and creating, or a craving for a little indulgence will easily spend hours browsing the selection of stalls and entertainment options available at the Expo. From amazing and mouth-watering candies to decadent chocolates, to novelty Disney sweets, biscuits, ice-cream and candyfloss, to life educational demos, informative talks and introductions of new techniques, there is something to learn, see and talk about for all ages. Even those with a preference for healthier options or a not-so-sweet tooth will be happy with the selection of dried fruit, nuts, frozen yoghurt, cheese and savoury biscuits.
The Expo is an ideal hub for networking, doing business, and finding out what’s new and trendy in the industry. It is open to general consumers from who will love the ease and excitement of selecting beautifully crafted and packaged Easter treats such as variety packs, handmade Easter eggs and a selection of assorted sweet & snack gifts. The Expo will run from Friday the 11th to Sunday the 13th of April, at the Coca Cola Dome. Tickets are R80 presale from the website www.sasweetandsnackexpo.co.za and R95 on the day with free entry to children under five. Pensioners and children aged 6 -12 pay R40.
