AMPED Africa’s top 10 is gearing up to perform alongside South Africa’s biggest stars at AMPEDFEST on September 30 at the Ticketpro Dome.

AMPEDFEST, the leading, under 19 music festival that is sure to get South African youth AMPED! In association with SABC and MTV Base, will feature SA’s top artists; including AKA, Kwesta, Shekhinah, Locnville and many more, this year the festival will also include a range of outside activities.

AMPEDFEST is not just an ordinary festival; it allows for a final showcasing of the top talent from the AMPED™ Talent Development Program (AMPED TDP). Which saw the AMPED™ Africa team, travel to 200 schools, in Gauteng to see 20,000 young hopefuls and the winners of this year’s edition will be performing in front of over ten thousand festival goers at AMPEDFEST, and then enter the AMPED ALUMNI.

After public online voting the top 41 was narrowed down to this talented top 10, who worked hard right from the beginning of the competition to secure the spot on the biggest stage in South Africa. “We are tremendously excited to see what our super talented 10 will bring to the stage come 30 September at Ticketpro Dome” – said Anthony Morgan, CEO of AMPLIFY AFRICA, and the Founder of AMPED AFRICA.

The AMPED AFRICA founder went on to say AMPED is not just another talent competition, but it is a youth talent development program for under 19’s in schools, that uses AMPEDFEST as a grooming platform for young South Africans that will provide those that win, developmental opportunities to further their talents”

AMPEDFEST, is a first of its kind, set to be held at Ticketpro Dome on 30 September 2017 and will feature a massive line up of artists. Expect electrifying performances at AMPEDFEST from a variety of the HOTTEST upcoming and established talent!
