In case you thought HHP was now an old rapper and he only cultivated responsible raps leaving us with nothing to party to, following that Motswako High School album. He stretched himself a bit on that project,which was welcomed warmly by the fans, maybe appealing to an older market but, hip hop/rap is a genre for cats who are young at heart.
Pop Mabhodlela is just what he needed to remind the game why he… is … The hip hop pantsula. That smooth Motswako flow coupled with actual lyricism is a thirst quencher. I personally missed that party music from Motswako pioneer, Jabba.
